Tucked away within a sprawling 1-hectare park, this 13th-century property exudes charm and a sense of historical grandeur, enhanced by the love and care of its enthusiastic owners, Hervé and Étienne. The vibrant gardens, complete with a meticulously maintained swimming pool, provided the perfect backdrop for leisurely afternoons, while the inviting shared lounge offered a sense of community, reminiscent of my experiences back home in Wales. Hervé, an exceptional chef, elevates dining here to an art form; each meal is a delightful journey through local flavours that speaks to his passion. With a lovely terrace surrounded by trees, we savoured every moment of our meals, feeling completely immersed in the serene setting. The hosts' warm hospitality and genuine interest in their guests turn a beautiful stay into an unforgettable experience, making it a top pick for anyone looking to indulge in both culture and comfort. I cannot wait to return!
